How we work together - online & in-person
Here are some of the ways we may work together, depending on what you need.
All work begins with a 3-session foundation process, each one lasting 90 minutes, once per week. Sessions are held online or in-person in Lisbon, Portugal.
It is a structured process that creates a space for something to actually move. The approaches below are not separate services: they are different ways we may work within your sessions, depending on what you need.


Personalized Meditations & Affirmations
You’ll receive personalized practices you can return to between sessions, which will help you stay connected, supported and more stable in your own energy.
If you tend to absorb other people’s emotions or feel easily drained, we work on creating stronger boundaries, energetically and internally. So you can stay grounded in yourself, no matter what’s happening around you.

We look at where your energy feels blocked, heavy or out of balance and begin to shift it. Clients often experience feeling lighter, clearer, balanced and more like themselves.

We explore the part of you that still (over)reacts, overgives, feels unseen or unloved, a part of you that has been neglected. This is where many emotional patterns start to make sense and soften.

3-session Healing Foundation
Most people don’t need more information - they already know a lot about themselves. What’s usually missing is a way to work through it on every level, not just to think about it. Real change doesn't happen in one session. It happens when there's space to go deeper - when one layer opens, and then the next, and then next..
Over 3 sessions, we work together to:
slow things down and look at what’s happening without pressure or judgment
bring awareness to patterns as they show up and slowly start to change those that are not serving you anymore
create space for emotional release, in a way that feels manageable
start responding differently to situations that used to feel automatic
build a stronger sense of connection with yourself in real, everyday moments
Each session builds on the previous one. The first sessions opens the field and reads what's present. The second moves what's ready to move. The third integrates and gives you something to stand on.
By the end of these 3 sessions, most people feel:
sense of something releasing, often something they've been carrying for a long time
clearer in their thinking
more grounded in themselves
less emotionally overwhelmed
more balanced
and more aware of what needs to change (and how to approach it)
From there, we decide together what the next step looks like, if you feel ready to continue. I don't use the same approach with everyone. What happens in the sessions is guided by what's present in your field, which means it's very personal, even when the structure is consistent.
Important: This is not a promise that everything resolves in three sessions. It's a foundation. For some people, three sessions creates enough clarity and movement to go forward on their own. For most, it becomes the beginning of a deeper ongoing process - which we'll understand together once we know what your situation is calling for.
What happens after?
After the initial three sessions, many people choose to continue, meeting weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what the work is asking for.
There is no predefined program for the ongoing work. What we do in each session is guided by what's most alive and ready to move for you at that point. This is where deeper patterns get unwound, where the work becomes more personal and where lasting change takes root.
We'll talk about whether and how to continue at the end of our third session together - not before.
