The Inner Child Healing Workshop is energetic and holistic healing experience created to reconnect you with the joyful and wounded aspects of your childhood self that continue to influence your adult life.

Through guided meditations, energy healing and reflective writing, you'll have a safe space to communicate with your inner child & address the emotional patterns that still affect your adult life.

You'll understand which beliefs is your inner child still holding onto and engage in structured writing exercises to process insights.

You'll receive practical tools, including a 30-day calendar of connection activities and self-reflection question sets that support your journey.

Heal & Reconnect With Your Inner Child

Do you find yourself reacting emotionally in ways that feel too big for the situation? Maybe you struggle with overwhelming feelings when someone criticizes you or you shut down completely during conflict. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, self-doubt, self-sabotage, perfectionism or unexplained anxiety that seems to have no clear cause.

These intense reactions aren't signs that something is wrong with you – they're your inner child trying to get your attention.

Those feelings of vulnerability, the sense that emotions are "too big," or the fight, flight, or freeze modes – these are actually survival responses your nervous system learned long ago to protect you.

When childhood experiences involve fear, shame, anger, sadness that couldn't be safely expressed, your body wisely suppressed those emotions to help you survive. Those emotions aren't stored only in your nervous system, but your body, aura & energy centres.

Memories, thoughts and beliefs didn't stay in childhood – you brought them into your adult life, where they exist mostly in your subconscious mind and nervous system, frozen in time like emotional time capsules waiting to be healed.

Understanding Your Emotional Triggers Through Inner Child Healing

Whenever something in your present life reminds your whole being of those past experiences, your inner child surfaces with suppressed emotions, flooding back into conscious awareness. You might suddenly feel small, vulnerable, invisible or completely out of control. Your body might shift into fight-or-flight mode or you may experience the freeze response – a state where you feel emotionally empty or disconnected.

These responses aren't your fault and they don't mean something is fundamentally wrong with you. They're actually indicators of your body's wisdom, showing you what emotional material has been stored in your subconscious, waiting for the right conditions to be processed and healed.

The challenge is that when these emotions surface, many people try to suppress them again because they feel overwhelming and we often don't know how to work with them in healthy ways.

From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion

Healing your inner child means shifting from harsh self-judgment and doubt to embracing empathy, kindness and emotional safety. To help your younger self trust and relax within your adult awareness, you’ll need a steady stream of care and consistent support.

This Inner Child Healing Workshop creates a safe space where you can practice holding your emotions with understanding and warmth. You’ll learn to tune into the energy of your feelings - this work operates on an energetic and emotional level rather than a step-by-step process.

Workshop Details

What is the workshop about?

1. Guided Meditations

Through two carefully guided meditations, you'll learn to connect with your inner child in a safe, supportive environment.

2. Reflective Writing

The reflective writing component helps you process and integrate the insights and emotions that arise during the meditation work

3. Simple Somatic Practice

Practices that work directly through your body's wisdom, allowing natural integration of the experiences.

4. Self-Reflection Questions Set

You'll receive carefully chosen question sets to guide your continued self-exploration and healing. They will help you uncover limiting beliefs, explore childhood patterns and develop greater self-compassion.

When is the workshop scheduled?

The next workshops be will be held ONLINE and are scheduled for Saturday, 25th April 2026 at 6.00 PM (CET) - in English and Sunday, 26th April 2026 at 6.00 PM (CET) - in Serbian.

What should I prepare prior to workshop?

Please bring a journal or notebook and any personal items that help you feel comfortable.

During the meditations - especially if you're lying down - you may feel a bit cold, so consider bringing a blanket.

Allow yourself plenty of space and quiet to fully engage with each practice.
