These aren't character flaws. They're survival strategies your Inner Child developed to keep you safe when she/he needed them most.

Back then, perfectionism might've protected you from rejection.

People-pleasing kept you safe from feeling anger - if you were accommodating, maybe they wouldn't leave or yell.

Your anxiety served as an early warning system - staying alert meant you could see danger coming and protect yourself.

Self-sabotage kept you small to avoid disappointment - if you didn't succeed, you couldn't be disappointed or threaten someone you loved.

These strategies made sense back then.

But now that you're an adult, these strategies can keep you stuck.

That perfectionism that once protected you? Now it can be exhausting you. You might not be able to rest, to celebrate wins and you might be feeling like you're not enough.

That people-pleasing that kept the peace at home? Now it can mean you're in relationships where you give everything and get crumbs back.

Your anxiety that warned you of danger? Now it's can be triggered by neutral comments and peaceful moments, keeping your nervous system on alert.

The good news?

Your Inner Child didn't create these patterns to hurt you or keep you small. She/he created them to protect you.

When you finally understand what your Inner Child was trying to do - when you show her/him that you're the adult now and you can protect her/him differently - these patterns can begin to soften naturally.

She/he doesn't need you to force these patterns away. She/he just needs to know she/he is safe. That you see her/him - that you finally understand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience with meditation or energy healing?

No. I'll guide you step-by-step. All you need is a quiet space, headphones if possible, paper & pen - and an open mind.

What if I can't attend live?

No problem! Register anyway and you'll receive the replay link via email. The replay will be available for 48 hours after the live event. However, I highly recommend attending live for the full energetic experience.

Will I have to share my personal story?

Not at all! This is a safe, private experience. Your camera stays off and you don't need to share anything you're not comfortable with. You can participate fully from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Is this suitable if I'm already in therapy?

Yes - many people find this work complements their therapy by bringing in the energetic and inner child perspective. However, if you have complex trauma or are unsure, you can check in with your therapist first.

What if I get emotional during the meditation?

Emotions are welcome and normal! I'll guide you through the process safely. If it feels too intense, you can pause or open your eyes at any time. Tears are often a sign that healing is happening. You're in control throughout the entire experience.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?

No. This webinar is an educational and energetic experience led by an energy healer, not a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. It can complement therapy, but it doesn't replace professional mental health treatment.
